Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy Manager of Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) – Wind Project located in Jath, Maharashtra. The position involves ensuring health and safety compliance at the site, overseeing OH&S standards for project activities, monitoring compliance with safety protocols, and providing training to teams. The Deputy Manager will also conduct regular inspections, enforce safety measures, and collaborate with project managers to implement industry best practices for worker safety.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Expediting and working as an Expeditor
- Project Management skills with attention to OH&S compliance and timelines
- Inspection expertise, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
- Logistics Management skills to support safe project planning and operations
- Familiarity with industry-standard safety regulations and certifications in health and safety
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Safety Management, or a related field
- Experience in wind construction projects is highly desirable.
