About The Role
The FP&A Analyst supports financial planning, business performance analysis, and strategic
decision-making. The role involves developing financial models, analysing profitability,
preparing projections, and supporting fundraising and due diligence processes while working
closely with seniors and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support on developing and monitoring financial plans, AUM projections, and unit
economics
- Build and work on financial models to support business planning, forecasting, and
strategic decision-making.
- Conduct budget vs. actual analysis and monthly variance analysis
- Prepare product wise, partner-wise and co-lender-wise profitability to evaluate
business performance.
- Contribute to pricing strategy and product mix decisions to support business
expansion.
- Report key business and financial metrics to senior management to enable data-
driven decision-making.
- Work on financial projections and planning reports for internal stakeholders.
- Provide data support for fundraising activities (equity and debt).
- Coordinate internally to compile information for financial due diligence and present
data to due diligence teams.
- Support engagements with investors, rating agencies, and banks by providing financial
information.

Qualifications
Must-Have Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification preferred
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial modelling, corporate finance, or financial
analysis, investor relations
