1. Design Training Modules.
2. Training Need identification.
3. Conduct Internal Training for both white and Blue collar .
4. Preparing Training Calendar.
5. Measuring Training Effectiveness.
6. Change Management
Qualification: Graduation / Post Graduation in HR.
Must have skills:
Good Knowledge of HR Process Norms.
Good Communication skills both verbal and written .
