About the Role We are seeking a proactive and strategically minded Dy. Manager to take ownership of marketing and sales enablement for a dedicated business vertical. In this role, you will bridge the gap between marketing strategy and sales execution. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end marketing initiatives, championing the use of AI in our creative processes, and ensuring our sales teams have top-tier collateral to win in the digital space.
Key Responsibilities
- Vertical Marketing Ownership: Lead the complete marketing lifecycle for your assigned business vertical, taking full accountability for both creative strategy and on-the-ground execution.
- Sales Enablement Leadership: Drive the ideation of core business concepts and involve in the preparation of high-impact pitch decks and sales materials.
- Digital & Social Strategy: Direct social media operations, focusing on audience enhancement, brand positioning, and maximizing our footprint in the digital space.
- Sales Deliverables Management: Ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of all sales support materials, aligning them directly with revenue goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a highly collaborative liaison between sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure unified messaging and seamless execution.
- AI Integration & Innovation: Versed the use of AI platforms to optimize and scale the creation of presentations, pitch decks, and digital creatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3-4 years of proven experience in marketing, digital strategy, or sales enablement.
- Strong strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using advanced AI platforms for content and design generation.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems and social media algorithms.
- Exceptional communication skills with a track record of successful cross-functional teamwork.
- Media experience preferred
