About the role

This role requires an Accounts Payable Administrator, who has a keen eye for detail and can work efficiently to tight deadlines. Main Duties Invoice processing of a high volume, PO and Non-PO related invoices. To assist with accounts payable related queries from suppliers and internal stakeholders Supplier statement reconciliations Upload excel files relating to internal and external fees. Process, reconcile and report on Inter-Company invoicing Expense claim authorisation in line with group policy. Ensuring compliance with regulations and assisting with audits What will help you succeed in this role? Skills, Experience and Personal Characteristics Experience of Accounts Payable processes Attention to detail with a commitment to high quality and accuracy Flexible and adaptable to deal with changing requirements Excellent Excel skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Be able to work effectively to meet deadlines Ability to learn quickly, adapt to in-house systems Experience of working with multiple locations, business units and currencies Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced dynamic environment successfully managing multiple tasks & priorities What we offer?
