As Chief of Staff at DViO Digital—a creative‑tech, digital‑first marketing agency with global presence spanning India, Middle East, USA, Australia, and Kenya—you will be the strategic linchpin to the CEO and leadership team, ensuring seamless execution across brand, tech, AI/data, growth marketing, Web3, and sector-specialized initiatives. Key Responsibilities Act as a strategic thought partner to the CEO & Founder, facilitating decision-making and ensuring follow-through on priorities. Lead cross-functional initiatives, ensuring coordination and accountability across departments. Own internal communications and leadership cadence, including planning for executive meetings, board updates, and off-sites. Conduct research, prepare briefings, and develop strategic documents and presentations. Identify operational gaps and drive improvements to processes, systems, and reporting. Represent the CEO in meetings and communications when needed, with professionalism and discretion. What You Bring Proven experience in consulting, agency operations, or a similar strategic project management capacity. Strong acumen in digital, data, AI, Growth Marketing domains. Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
