2025 Summer Internship IT

DV Trading is looking for a tech-savvy individual to assist our IT team in delivering excellent support to end-users. This internship will provide opportunities to learn about IT operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and enhance your communication & problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for IT support, logging and prioritizing user requests via phone, email, or in-person. Assist with troubleshooting hardware, manage desk setups, and application issues. Resolve basic technical problems or escalate them to senior staff as needed. Help maintain records of IT support activities and contribute to our knowledge base. Assist in IT asset management, including inventory tracking. Provide friendly and professional support to end-users. Requirements: A keen interest in technology and IT systems. Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, or Linux), hardware, and software. Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset. Willingness to learn and collaborate with a team.
