Job Title: Tile Roofing Crew (Residential – New Construction)

Position Overview
Diversified Roofing is seeking skilled Tile Roofing Crews to support our growing residential division. Crews will focus on new build tract homes, completing high-volume installations while maintaining quality, safety, and production timelines.
This role is ideal for established crews looking for consistent work, strong earning potential, and long-term partnership with a leading roofing contractor.
Key Responsibilities
- Install tile and complete dry ins for roofing systems on new construction residential (tract home) projects
- Complete jobs efficiently while meeting production quotas
- Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and manufacturer specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
- Coordinate with Superintendents and field leadership
- Follow all OSHA and safety guidelines
Crew Structure & Requirements
- Established crews with tile roofing experience
- Ability to maintain consistent production output
- Own tools and equipment preferred
- Reliable transportation to East Valley job sites
- Strong familiarity with tract home construction workflows
Compensation
- $2,000 – $3,000+ per week (per crew) based on production
- Steady pipeline of high-volume residential work
