Diversified Roofing is seeking a highly detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our residential new-construction roofing operations. This role is critical to job accuracy and readiness prior to production. Being detail-driven is make-or-break for success in this position.
We are looking for a strong team player with a process-focused mindset who asks questions and collaborates across departments. Candidates who prefer to work independently without following established systems will not be a fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Review builder start orders and create accurate job setups in internal systems
- Verify plans, options, and scope details for completeness and accuracy
- Coordinate with estimating, purchasing, and scheduling teams
- Prepare job documentation to ensure readiness for field teams
- Identify and resolve discrepancies before production begins
- Track and manage multiple job starts in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
