Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Duty Officer located in Jamnagar. The Duty Officer will oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning and uphold service quality standards. Responsibilities include managing staff, addressing customer concerns, ensuring compliance with safety and operational protocols, and assisting with logistics and administrative tasks to deliver superior customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate staff effectively.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills for handling customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Problem-solving and organizational abilities to manage day-to-day operations, logistics, and schedules efficiently.
- Understanding of safety protocols, operational compliance, and adherence to company standards.
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or related fields is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office or related software for administrative tasks is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related discipline is beneficial.
