Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Duty Officer at MY CINEMAS in Red Carpet Kariyad . The Duty Officer will be responsible for supervising daily cinema operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, managing staff schedules, and overseeing the safety and cleanliness of the cinema premises. The role also includes coordinating with various departments to support special events and screenings while ensuring smooth operational workflows.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills
- Customer service expertise and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally
- Operational knowledge, including supervising day-to-day activities and maintaining compliance with safety and hygiene standards
- Communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with team members and fostering positive relationships
- Organizational and multitasking abilities to ensure the efficient management of cinema operations
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by the cinema schedule
- Prior experience in entertainment, hospitality, or customer service industries is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field is advantageous
