Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Duty Medical Officer based in Chennai. The Duty Medical Officer will provide medical care and treatment to patients, assist in clinical procedures, and collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams. Other responsibilities include ensuring timely and effective patient care while adhering to the highest medical and ethical standards, conducting rounds, and providing updates on patient progress. The role also involves supporting training initiatives and operational coordination within the healthcare team.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Medicine and demonstrated expertise in Patient Care
- Experience assisting in Surgery and supporting procedural tasks
- Proficiency in working collaboratively with Physicians and healthcare teams
- Familiarity with providing hands-on Training for healthcare staff
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
- Valid medical degree (MBBS) and relevant certifications
- Registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or a State Medical Council
- Prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory
