About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Spa Duty Manager to lead daily spa operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will supervise spa staff, manage bookings and guest relations, drive service excellence, and support revenue growth through service and retail sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day spa operations during assigned shifts
• Supervise therapists, receptionists, and spa attendants
• Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction
• Handle guest feedback, requests, and service recovery professionally
• Monitor appointment schedules and therapist allocation
• Promote spa treatments, memberships, and retail products to achieve sales targets
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and spa operational standards
• Prepare daily reports and manage billing/POS transactions

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in spa, wellness, service industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and guest handling abilities
• Sales-driven mindset with upselling capability
• Knowledge of spa operations and booking systems is preferred
