Role Description
The Duty Manager/Executive will oversee daily operations, ensuring that all departments function seamlessly to provide exceptional guest services. Responsibilities include managing guest inquiries, addressing complaints, coordinating with teams for smooth operations, and ensuring service quality standards. The role also involves supervising staff, handling any emergencies efficiently, and ensuring adherence to hotel policies and procedures. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kerala, India.

Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee and coordinate staff efforts effectively.
  • Proficient in customer service, conflict resolution, and addressing guest needs with empathy and professionalism.
  • Sound knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and back-office management.
  • Ability to multitask, make quick decisions, and handle emergencies in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with guests and team members.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain smooth daily operations and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage.
