About the Role
Deccan Pavilion is looking for an experienced and service-oriented Duty Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day hotel and front office operations during assigned shifts.
- Ensure smooth guest check-in, check-out, and guest service procedures.
- Handle guest complaints, queries, and special requests professionally.
- Supervise and support front office staff to maintain service standards.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance departments for seamless operations.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and maintain high hospitality standards.
- Prepare daily reports, shift handovers, and operational updates.
- Ensure hotel policies, SOPs, and safety procedures are followed.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in hotel front office or operations.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of hotel PMS software and MS Office.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
