Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Duty Manager role based in Lucknow. The Duty Manager will oversee day-to-day cinema operations to ensure a smooth and exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include staff supervision, resolving customer concerns, ensuring compliance with operational standards and safety protocols, managing ticketing and concessions, and maintaining facility cleanliness and functionality. The role also involves assisting with inventory management and operational reporting.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing operations and delivering exceptional customer service
- Proficiency in team supervision, staff training, and resource management
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage inventory, sales reconciliation, and other administrative tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of cinema operations or the entertainment industry is a plus
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per operational needs
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage
