Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position as a Duty Manager located in Chandigarh. The Duty Manager will oversee daily operations of the cinema, ensure exceptional customer service, and address customer concerns effectively. The role involves managing staff, ensuring compliance with company policies, overseeing safety and security measures, and driving operational efficiency. Additional responsibilities include meeting revenue targets, inventory control, and collaborating with various teams to deliver a seamless cinema experience.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day cinema operations (box office, concessions, floor, housekeeping)
Manage cash handling, shift banking, and inventory control
Lead, train, and schedule frontline staff
Handle guest queries and ensure service excellence
Maintain hygiene, safety, and statutory compliance
Drive impulse sales through effective merchandising
✅ What We’re Looking For
Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred)
3–4 years of supervisory or operations experience
Strong leadership, people management, and customer service skills
Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities
Proficient in MS Office
Energetic, hands-on, and team-focused attitude
