Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Duty Manager at Marriott International's Ahmedabad location. The Duty Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include supervising staff across various departments, addressing guest inquiries or concerns, managing operational challenges promptly, maintaining service standards, and ensuring the safety and security of guests and employees. The role will also require collaboration with management and staff to improve efficiency and uphold brand standards.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities
- Organizational and time-management skills for efficient operations
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and operational procedures
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in hospitality
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience
- Experience in hotel operations or a supervisory role is highly desirable
- Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
