Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Duty Manager at DESERT TULIP HOTEL AND RESORTS located in Rajasthan, India. The Duty Manager will oversee daily hotel operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Responsibilities include managing guest services, coordinating with different departments, handling guest queries and complaints, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining high-quality service. The role involves scheduling and supervising staff, addressing emergencies, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality management, with skills in customer service and guest relations
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in coordinating multi-departmental operations
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage conflicts effectively
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and front office management
- Knowledge of safety protocols, compliance standards, and hospitality best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant experience in similar roles within the hospitality sector is highly desirable
