Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Duty Manager located in Ramnagar. The Duty Manager will oversee daily operations, manage guest services, and ensure the efficient functioning of the resort. Responsibilities include supervising staff, resolving guest concerns, coordinating with various departments, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and upholding hotel policies. The role also involves ensuring seamless guest experiences to meet and exceed expectations.
Criteria
- Should have experience of Resort as a Sr FOE or Acting Duty Manager
- Ex Marriott or Ex Fern employee would be appreciated
- Accommodation on shared basis at property provided with meals.
