Role Description
The Duty Manager at Connplex Cinemas will oversee daily operations at the cinema, ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, supervising team performance, handling customer inquiries and escalations, monitoring adherence to SOPs, and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards. The role involves collaborating with management to enhance operational efficiency and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Rajkot.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and operational management skills, including task prioritization and attention to detail.
- Excellent team leadership, staff management, and interpersonal skills to nurture a motivated and efficient work environment.
- Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution to handle escalations effectively.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to anticipate and respond to customer needs and feedback.
- Adaptable to fast-paced environments, with the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of cinema operations, safety protocols, and hospitality best practices is highly advantageous.
- Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the hospitality, entertainment, or retail sector is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is an asset but not mandatory.
