Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Duty doctor based in Kalugumalai. The Duty doctor will oversee daily medical operations, provide high-quality patient care, conduct medical assessments, and collaborate with physicians to develop treatment plans. The role includes offering medical consultations in emergency and non-emergency scenarios, assisting in minor procedures, and ensuring patients receive appropriate training and guidance regarding their treatment plans.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Medicine and Patient Care
- Experience in Surgery and working with Physicians as part of a collaborative team
- Ability to deliver medical training and guidance to patients and staff
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to handle emergency scenarios calmly and effectively
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree, with valid medical registration
- Prior experience in an emergency or hospital setting is an advantage
