About the role
Responsibilities include conducting thorough due diligence and executing transactions in private equities as part of our core investment strategy.
Participate in investment underwriting and evaluation, reviewing financials, projections, capital structures, and deal documents.
Support deal closing activities alongside senior team members including reviewing and drafting transaction documents alongside legal counsel, updating capitalization tables, and coordinating closing mechanics.
Provide ongoing support and advice to existing portfolio companies on strategic, financial, operational, and other issues.
Work closely with the family office and other professionals to evaluate new investments and guide portfolio company success.
