Role Description
We are seeking a results-driven Deputy Manager Accounts for a full-time on-site position located in Jalgaon. The role involves managing daily financial activities, preparing accurate financial reports, and budgeting to maintain the organization's financial health. Responsibilities include monitoring financial transactions, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, overseeing audits, and providing financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve corporate financial objectives and adherence to company policies will also be key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Experience in financial accounting, budgeting, and preparation of financial statements
- Proficiency in financial analysis, auditing, and compliance with relevant regulations
- Strong skills in financial management, reporting, and knowledge of accounting software
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and excellent organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with teams and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Professional certification, such as CA, CMA, or equivalent, is a plus
- Proven work experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industry
