For example, they: - Find inspiration from gaming mechanics to make learning fun and entertaining - Write unhinged push notifications from Duo to drive retention - A/B tested how sad to make Duo on the session quit screen to keep you learning Fun fact, the A/B test showed that tears welling in Duo's eyes are more impactful than Duo swimming in a pool of his own tears.
