About the role
Reporting to the Head of Media Operations, this role will be responsible for leading the advertising operations team to deliver ad campaigns for clients. Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day-to-day execution of digital ad campaigns, ensuring flawless delivery and optimization
- Serving as a subject matter expert on ad operations best practices, tools, and processes
- Collaborating with client teams, creative, and media planning to enable seamless campaign execution
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with media vendors and ad tech partners
- Identifying process improvements and driving efficiencies within the ad ops function
- Mentoring and developing the ad ops team to build a high-performing organization
