You'll support our HR processes, culture initiatives, and internal communication, and help us make Dunkin a great place to work. What You'll Do Conduct regular store visits to connect with teams and gather feedback Lead onboarding and offboarding processes Drive employee engagement activities and recognition programs Manage internal communications and social media related to employer branding Support recruitment, training coordination, and HR documentation Ensure smooth and compliant HR operations What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in HR or a similar role A people-first mindset with great communication and listening skills Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities Empathetic, proactive, and detail-oriented Confident in managing internal comms and events Comfortable traveling regularly to stores and sites Why Join Us?
