Survey Programmer

Job Role: Survey Programmer Responsibilities Review survey questionnaires Develop and program online surveys using survey scripng tools (eg, Decipher, Confirmit, Qualtrics, or proprietary tools) Understand survey questionnaires and translate them into functioning online surveys Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and functionality of the surveys Collaborate with project managers and data teams to meet timelines and ensure data integrity Troubleshoot technical issues in survey scripts and implement necessary changes Maintain proper documentation of the programming process and updates Think outside the box to identify and solve problems that come up during planning, development, or fielding of surveys Skills and Attributes and Experience in Survey Programming Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, or any programming language Python is a plus Strong logical and analytical thinking skills Attention to detail and an interest in problem-solving Good communication and team collaboration skills Eagerness to learn survey platforms and scripng tools Good verbal and written communication Preferred but not mandatory - understanding of market research concepts or data collection processes Benefits Of This Role Professional development and career advancement Hands-on training in professional survey tools and platforms Exposure to real-world market research and data analysis projects A supportive environment with mentoring and development opportunities Career progression within our growing survey programming or analytics teams Opportunity to join a successful company within a growing industry Competitive salary package A fun, vibrant and challenging work environment
