Position: Duck Creek Policy Lead
Location: Hyderabad/ Bhubaneswar
Job Type: Full-time employment
Experience: 8-12 years
- We are seeking Duck Creek Lead Policy Developer to develop and modify applications with leading a team of developers.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Duck creek Policy Configuration and Integration
- Good experience of DCOD Environment
- Lead customer discussion with respect to base functionality and Customization
- Participate in the full life-cycle development of the product, including the development, integration, and testing of product features.
- Strong experience on Integrations.
- Collaborate with system architects, vendors, and business partners.
- Work effectively with multiple assignments and teams to meet completion dates.
- Train and mentor other staff members
- Analyse existing program logic to determine best method of accomplishing required changes or cause of program malfunction.
- Maintain and modify programs currently in production to keep them responsive to user.
- Manage error handling and code exceptions.
- Design program logic to meet specifications and to adhere to development and architecture standards.
- Prepare test data and thoroughly test code leveraging automated unit test framework.
- Analyse production programs to isolate problems.
- Document and maintain program specifications according to company standards.
