Retail Sales Associate

Dubai Duty Free (DDF) is seeking dynamic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Associates. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail outlets. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner - Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs - Respond to customer inquiries and address any concerns promptly - Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment - Accurately process sales transactions and handle cash handling duties - Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient inventory management and replenishment - Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Required Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1-3 years of relevant retail experience, preferably in a duty-free or luxury retail environment - Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in English, with additional language skills (Arabic, Hindi, Mandarin, etc.) being an advantage - Flexible to work in various shifts, including weekends and holidays
