About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team at Dubai Duty Free. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with product selection, provide recommendations, and answer any questions they may have
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers
- Actively participate in inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising
- Contribute to the overall success of the store by proactively identifying and addressing customer needs
