In this role you will… Respond to customer support tickets and help resolve issues / fix bugs in a timely manner. Create support articles and documentation to ensure customers don't even need to reach out to support in the first place. Leverage your understanding of our customers' pain points to improve our product and make your own job easier. Use AI to help improve internal support tooling and workflows as we scale.
