Job overview:
We are looking for detail-oriented DTP Operators who have a strong background in data entry and fast typing. This role is ideal for individuals who are quick learners and can work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and update large volumes of data.
- Use DTP software to format and layout documents as per requirements.
- Ensure the correctness and clarity of entered data.
- Maintain high levels of speed and accuracy in typing and data entry.
- Assist with any additional clerical or administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in data entry with excellent typing speed.
- Familiarity with DTP software like InDesign, CorelDRAW, or similar tools (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
