📢 We’re Hiring | DTL Operations – Chandigarh
Are you someone who enjoys solving problems, managing relationships, and ensuring a great customer experience? ZELL Education is looking for a proactive DTL Operations professional to join our team in Chandigarh! 🚀
What you’ll do:
✨ Handle client concerns and escalations proactively
✨ Coordinate with teams across Academics, Sales, Product & Finance
✨ Act as the primary point of contact for student concerns and queries
✨ Ensure timely resolution of issues while maintaining high satisfaction levels
✨ Manage CRM records, ticketing systems, and case logs
✨ Analyze student feedback and work towards improving processes
✨ Engage with students to enhance satisfaction and retention
What we’re looking for:
📌 2–4 years of experience in B2B client handling and/or student servicing
📌 Experience in the Education or Service-driven industry is preferred
📌 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
📌 Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
📌 Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
📌 Basic knowledge of CRM tools such as Zoho, Freshdesk, or similar platforms
📌 Willingness to travel
