Chief Customer Service Specialist (Payment Channel Management)

YASNO is a brand under which a group of companies operates in the supply of electricity, gas, energy efficiency solutions, and electric vehicles.

We provide services to 3.5 million Ukrainian families and 80 thousand legal clients. Three companies of the YASNO brand have three times topped the rating of Ukrainian electricity suppliers, compiled by the DiXi Group analytical center within the framework of the USAID project.

We are looking for a Customer Service Expert (payment channel management specialist) to join our team .

Together with us, it will be necessary to solve the following tasks:

• Development of new payment channels agreed within the framework of the service strategy;
• Management of integrated digital payment channels;
• Management of commercial relationships with service providers (payment acceptance services);
• Daily monitoring of payment channel efficiency;
• Setting tasks and supporting technical improvements to personal accounts, mobile applications, and other information systems for integration with existing and new payment channels;
• Formation of proposals (technical, organizational, economic) for optimizing the operation of payment channels and company divisions.
  
  

We Are Interested In The Following Expertise

• At least 2 years of work experience in payment acceptance/acquiring in Financial Companies/Banks or in payment channel management departments in utilities or other enterprises;
• Practical experience in organizing payment acceptance/acquiring, including concluding relevant contracts, knowledge of the principles of online data exchange between systems;
• Awareness of modern payment instruments;
• Experience in sales or effective negotiations;
• Ability to create presentations (to ensure support for project activities).
