Role Description The DTE role at SpeedAmp Solutions is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Kolkata Area. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting telecom deployment projects, assisting with RF implementation activities, and coordinating with field teams and project managers to ensure accurate and timely execution of work at network sites. The DTE will help with site documentation, basic data collection and reporting, and adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards. The role also involves communicating project progress to internal stakeholders, troubleshooting routine issues in collaboration with senior engineers, and maintaining organized records of site activities and project milestones.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of basic telecom concepts, network infrastructure, and RF implementation fundamentals.
- Ability to perform fieldwork, including site surveys, data collection, and coordination with on-ground technicians.
- Proficiency with standard office tools and basic data analysis for preparing reports, documentation, and status updates.
- Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills to collaborate with cross-functional project teams.
- Attention to detail, commitment to safety and quality standards, and capability to follow structured processes and guidelines.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Willingness to travel to network sites within the Greater Kolkata Area and, when required, other regions.
- Prior experience or internship in telecom deployment, field operations, or network maintenance is an advantage.
