At DTCC, we are at the forefront of innovation in the financial markets. We are committed to helping our employees grow and succeed. We believe that you have the skills and drive to make a real impact. We foster a thriving internal community and are committed to creating a workplace that looks like the world that we serve.

Pay and Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation, including base pay and annual incentive
  • Comprehensive health and life insurance and well-being benefits, based on location
  • Pension / Retirement benefits
  • Paid Time Off and Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
  • DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).

The impact you will have in this role:

In this role, you will help build the foundation of DTCC’s Enterprise Architecture Platform (EAP) by translating enterprise architecture strategy and governance needs into clear, actionable requirements. You will partner with architecture, business, and technology stakeholders to define user personas and use cases, document standards and operating model needs, and support lifecycle governance for scoped artifacts. Your contributions will strengthen consistency of architecture practices, improve data quality and transparency across the enterprise, and accelerate platform adoption as EAP scales.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Shape and evolve the EAP strategy and roadmap by translating enterprise priorities into clear, actionable initiatives that drive measurable business and technology outcomes
  • Partner with stakeholders to define the platform’s value proposition, identify high-impact use cases, and prioritize investment across competing enterprise demands
  • Lead structured problem-solving efforts to assess gaps in current-state architecture, governance, and data, and recommend scalable solutions to improve adoption and data quality
  • Drive enterprise standards and governance frameworks (Process modeling, metadata, architecture) by refining approaches, simplifying adoption, and ensuring alignment across business units and functions
  • Translate complex architecture concepts into executive-ready insights (presentations, operating models, and frameworks) to influence leadership decisions and accelerate enterprise alignment
  • Analyze platform data and adoption metrics to generate insights, track success measures (KPIs), and inform continuous improvement of EAP capabilities and user experience
  • Enable enterprise adoption and change management by working closely with business leaders to embed EAP into strategic initiatives and transformation programs
  • Contribute to the development of next-generation capabilities (e.g., data lineage, process mining, AI-enabled insights) by defining use cases and integrating them into platform vision

**NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above. **

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience (Business Analysis, Product, Process/Business Architecture, Enterprise Architecture)
  • 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, product/feature delivery, consulting, or enterprise transformation initiatives (financial services or regulated industries a plus)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems into structured insights and actionable recommendations

Talents Needed for Success:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to synthesize information and present insights clearly to both technical teams and senior stakeholders
  • Familiarity with agile delivery frameworks (SCRUM/Kanban), backlog management tools (e.g., JIRA), and writing clear acceptance criteria
  • Ability to operate in a cross-functional environment, partnering across architecture, technology, and business teams to drive alignment and outcomes
  • Strong attention to detail with a data-driven mindset, including experience assessing data quality completeness, and adherence best practices
  • Exposure to enterprise architecture, process modeling (e.g. BPMN), metadata/taxonomy standards, or governance operating models is a plus
  • Intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapt to shifting priorities

We offer top class training and development for you to be an asset in our organization!
