Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a DT (Drive Test) Engineer located in Vijayawada, India. The DT Engineer will be responsible for conducting drive tests, analyzing and optimizing network performance, troubleshooting network issues, and generating detailed reports. The role involves testing signal strength, call drops, handovers, and other KPIs to ensure optimal network coverage and quality. Collaboration with other teams for network improvement initiatives is also an integral part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in conducting drive tests and analyzing telecommunication network performance
- Strong understanding of RF planning, optimization, and troubleshooting
- Experience in using network optimization tools like TEMS Investigation, NEMO, or similar tools
- Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and KPI assessment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience in the telecommunication industry is highly desirable
- A degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related engineering field is preferred
