About the role

We’re looking for a tech-savvy, relationship-driven Enterprise Account Manager to join our team. This role is all about growing and deepening partnerships with our most strategic enterprise clients. You’ll be the primary point of contact, helping clients achieve their goals, identifying new opportunities, and showcasing the impact of our solutions. You are measured on expansion revenue of all enterprise accounts and responsible for customer churn.

What You’ll Do 

  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting C-suite partnerships.

  • Proactively showcase the customer’s success in achieving their goals
