Do you get a rush from chasing down new opportunities and turning a “maybe” into a “yes”? At DSQ, we’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who thrives on the hunt. You’ll be the front line of our sales team—sparking conversations, uncovering opportunities, and filling the pipeline that fuels our growth. 


This isn’t a role where you sit back and wait for leadsYou’ll be out there making it happen with calls, emails, social media outreach, and competitive prospecting. Along the way, you’ll work side by side with our Account Executives, helping them close deals and ensuring our clients get the best start possible. If you’re motivated, driven, and hungry to grow your career in sales, DSQ is the place to do it. 


What you’ll do: 

  • Prospect through calls, emails & social channels to build a strong pipeline. 
  • Run discovery conversations and deliver introductory SaaS demos. 
  • Crush monthly sales targets. 
  • Partner with Account Executives to close deals and delight customers. 
  • Stay sharp on industry trends and keep CRM data clean & actionable.

Bonus points if… 

  • You’ve got experience in the waste management, property management, or multi-family housing industries. 
  • You’re comfortable with Microsoft Office, CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
