Role Description The DSA Trainer will design and deliver structured training programs in Data Structures and Algorithms for students and early-career professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating learning materials and coding exercises, conducting classroom sessions, and providing hands-on guidance in problem-solving and coding best practices. The trainer will assess learner performance through assignments, tests, and project work, offer constructive feedback, and adjust teaching methods based on learner needs. The role also involves staying up to date with current interview patterns, competitive programming practices, and industry expectations to keep the curriculum relevant. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Data Structures and Algorithms, including arrays, linked lists, stacks, queues, trees, graphs, hashing, sorting, and searching.
- Solid programming skills in one or more languages such as C++, Java, or Python, with experience in writing efficient, clean, and well-documented code.
- Experience teaching, mentoring, or conducting technical training sessions, preferably for students or entry-level professionals.
- Good understanding of problem-solving techniques used in coding interviews and competitive programming platforms.
- Ability to create clear instructional materials, assignments, and assessments that match learner levels and objectives.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple, structured ways.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in Chandigarh and collaborating with academic coordinators, fellow trainers, and support staff.
