Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a DSA Sales Manager located in Gurgaon. The DSA Sales Manager will oversee and expand the Direct Selling Agent (DSA) network, manage the end-to-end sales process, and develop relationships with new and existing partners. This role includes training DSAs, identifying opportunities to increase sales, meeting sales targets, and ensuring an excellent partner experience. The DSA Sales Manager will also work closely with internal departments to align sales strategies with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development: Strong skills in sales strategy, business development, and achieving revenue targets, particularly in a competitive healthcare or diagnostics industry.
- Leadership and Training: Proven experience in managing and coaching a sales team or DSA network to meet organizational goals.
- Communication and Relationship Management: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with partners and cross-functional teams.
- Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Proficiency in analyzing sales metrics, identifying growth opportunities, and developing actionable strategies to optimize results.
- Adaptability and Independence: Ability to work independently, adapt to a dynamic environment, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Relevant Experience: Previous experience in sales or management, preferably in the healthcare or diagnostics sector, is highly desirable.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Local Expertise: Familiarity with the Vadodara region’s healthcare market and local business networks will be an added advantage.
