Role Description The DSA Coordinator role at Curelo is a full-time, on-site position Gurgaon Location.
The DSA Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating a network of Direct Sales Agency/BPO/KPO (DSAs) .
This includes onboarding and training DSAs, monitoring their performance, providing ongoing guidance, and ensuring alignment with Curelo’s mission and service standards. The role involves planning and tracking daily outreach activities, supporting DSAs during client interactions, and ensuring accurate information about Curelo’s offerings is communicated. The DSA Coordinator will also collaborate with internal teams to share field feedback, optimize sales processes, and help organize local health camps or promotional events.
Qualifications
- Strong coordination and people management skills to recruit, onboard, train, and support DSAs or similar field teams.
- Proven experience in sales coordination, field operations, or channel management, ideally in healthcare, diagnostics, or related sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain services clearly and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Good analytical and reporting abilities to track performance metrics, generate basic reports, and identify areas for improvement.
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms (mobile apps, CRM or spreadsheets, messaging tools) for daily operations and coordination.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple DSAs and tasks simultaneously.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; familiarity with local languages in Delhi and surrounding regions is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site, conduct field visits within Delhi, and occasionally support on-ground events or health camps.
- Demonstrated commitment to customer-centric service, ethical conduct, and sensitivity to diverse communities.
