Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dry Cleaning Expert, located in Gurugram. The Dry Cleaning Expert will oversee garment care, including stain removal, fabric handling, and quality assurance. Responsibilities include operating dry cleaning equipment, inspecting and sorting garments, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring industry-standard practices are applied. Collaboration with team members to meet service timelines and uphold RAPIDRY’s excellence is an integral part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of garment care, fabric types, and stain removal techniques
- Experience of operating for minimum 1-2 years dry cleaning and pressing equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve garment issues
- Strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
- Good customer service skills and a commitment to ensuring client satisfaction
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in the cleaning or laundry industry is advantageous but not mandatory
- Physical capability to manage the demands of the role, including standing and lifting throughout the shift
