About the role

Enterprise Customer Success Manager - Druva's Enterprise Customer Success team is responsible for driving adoption and maximizing the value for our largest and most strategic customers. This role is responsible for partnering closely with enterprise customers to understand their business needs, manage end-to-end customer lifecycle, and drive customer satisfaction and retention. You will be a trusted advisor to your customers, helping them achieve their desired business outcomes through the innovative use of Druva's industry-leading data protection platform.
