We’re hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician – CNC, Robotics & Automation to keep high-performance equipment running and solve real production challenges.
What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines, manual equipment, and robotic systems
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues to minimize downtime
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Work with PLCs, motors, drives, sensors, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Perform preventative maintenance and continuous improvements
- Support and optimize automation and robotic cells
What You Bring
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong electrical + mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with CNC equipment and/or robotics
- Ability to read electrical schematics
- Hands-on with hydraulics & pneumatics
- A mindset to figure it out and fix it right
Bonus Points
- PLC troubleshooting or programming
- Experience with Fanuc, ABB, or similar robotics
- Technical training or trade certification
