About Our Energy & Emerging Customer Success Management Team At DroneDeploy, our Energy & Emerging Markets Customer Success team is focused on helping our customers in industries such as oil & gas, renewable energy, utilities, and facilities management transform their operations through aerial and ground-based reality capture technology. We forge high-impact partnerships that drive operational efficiency, innovation, and measurable value. Our team thrives on deep industry understanding, technical know-how, and proactive collaboration. Our CSMs work cross-functionally with Product Support, Professional Services, Sales, Marketing, and Product Management teams to ensure that our customers receive an exceptional experience. We focus on account health, long-term relationships, and delivering outcomes that lead to retention and growth. Role Overview This is a pivotal role on DroneDeploy's Go-To-Market team. As a Customer Success Manager for Energy & Emerging Markets, you'll own strategic customer relationships, drive adoption and expansion, and ensure that our customers achieve their desired outcomes through the use of our platform.
