Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Drone Trainer, based in Hyderabad. The Drone Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs related to unmanned aerial systems, focusing on both theoretical knowledge and practical operations. Responsibilities include training sessions, preparing instructional materials, troubleshooting technical challenges, conducting safety protocols, and teaching advanced drone handling techniques. Additionally, the candidate will assist with maintenance, pre-flight, and post-flight inspections to ensure high-quality training outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in operating unmanned aerial systems, including Fixed Wing and agricultural drones.
- Experience in creating and delivering technical training content, including classroom and hands-on sessions.
- Strong analytical skills in troubleshooting drone systems and ensuring safe operations.
- Familiarity with drone-related regulations, safety standards, and certification processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and instructional skills.
- Basic knowledge of drone maintenance, including pre-flight and post-flight inspections.
- Diploma or certification in drone technology, aviation, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Previous experience in drone operation for agriculture, surveying, or disaster response is an asset.
