Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Drone Technician cum Pilot to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for drone testing, troubleshooting, calibration, flight operations, PID tuning, and handling technical issues related to multirotor, VTOL, and fixed-wing drones.
Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Candidates with hands-on drone experience and DGCA-approved certification will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform drone calibration, testing, and flight operations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and flight-related issues.
• Handle drone maintenance, repair, and technical inspections.
• Tune flight controller parameters and monitor flight performance.
• Conduct manual and autonomous test flights safely.
• Analyse crashes, instability, and flight anomalies.
• Maintain flight logs, reports, and testing documentation.
• Follow DGCA Drone Rules and safety protocols during operations.
Required Skills
• Knowledge of drone operations and hardware systems.
• Understanding of flight controllers, PID tuning, and telemetry systems.
• Hands-on experience with multirotor / VTOL / fixed-wing drones preferred.
• Ability to identify and solve technical problems efficiently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid DGCA-approved Drone Pilot Certificate preferred.
Qualification
• Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Electronics, Robotics, Mechanical, Aerospace, Aviation, or related field preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
Experience
• 1–5 years of drone flying, testing, servicing, or R&D experience preferred.
