Hiring: Agriculture Drone Technician (Trainee → Full Time)
Location: Raichur, Karnataka
Aadikhya Sustainability Tech Innovations Pvt Ltd (Aadikhya Drones)
We are looking for a hands-on technical person who enjoys working with drones, electronics, batteries, and field technology.
This is a practical role, not a desk job. The candidate will help with drone setup, troubleshooting, customer technical support, and assisting pilots during field operations.
Role Includes:
• Handling technical calls from drone customers
• Supporting drone maintenance and troubleshooting
• Working with LiPo / Li-ion batteries (12S / 14S)
• Assisting in drone setup and commissioning
• Supporting field spray operations when required
Preferred Background:
• Interest in drones/electronics / RC systems
• Basic knowledge of soldering, wiring, batteries
• Awareness of Pixhawk / K++ / K3A Pro and AG++ flight controllers (plus point)
• ITI / Diploma candidates are welcome (Not Mandatory)
🎓 Minimum Education: NA (Not Mandatory if you have strong Drone/electrical knowledge)
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, in hand in the initial days (based on experience)
🎯 Incentives: Additional Sales incentives and Spraying Operations/Projects.
📈 Growth: Salary increase based on performance and vertical level growth depends on the passion towards the technology.
📚 Selected candidates will receive specialised training in Agriculture Drone Technology.
